November 2005 - Diamond suspensions, now in nano range.
We have introducing the worlds first nano diamond suspension. We now offer a 0.05 µm (50 nm) and 0.025 (25 nm) diamond suspension. Of course both are agglomerate free. Ideal for those customers polishing with Colloidal Sillica, but unsatisfied with the relief.
Due to the lenghty sorting proces the diamonds are very expensive, thus the suspensions too become quite expensive.
Both grain sizes are available as suspensions and DiaDoublo
March 2005 - Aka-Allegran, combines grinding and lapping, two well known principles of material removal.
Aka-Allegran applies a unique system for material removal. Integrated diamond abrasive is released while applying abrasive in the form of diamond suspension or diamond spray to Aka-Allegran. The result is high removal, long life and perfect planeness.

Februar 2005 - Aka-Piatto diamond grinding disc replaces grinding paper
Aka-Piatto is a series of diamond grinding disc in grain sizes ranging from P80 - P1200.
- Replaces 200 to 300 pcs. of grinding paper
- Grinds material with hardness higher than 150 Hv
- Constant removal rate, and perfect planeness
- Rounded edge, no chance of injuries
Januar 2005 - unchanged prices for 2005
Due to increased productivity, we have been able to absorb price increases from our subsupliers, consequently keeping the prices of 2004.
